Hello everyone, I am Abhishek Shetty (ABHISHEKA), GATE 2021, AIR 5-Mechanical Branch. I am a user of Exergic Full Video course, study material, Question banks, and Test series or in other words, I took all the courses Exergic offered for GATE 2021. I have all the privileges to write a review about Exergic. I was enrolled in all courses of Exergic during my second attempt. i.e., GATE 2021. Hello all Aniket here. I am in 8th semester, Mechanical Engg. I am preparing for Gate 2022. I passed out from NIT Silchar in the year 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Hello everyone, I am from Assam currently in my 6th semester btech. I came to know about gate exam around end of 2019 and since I am studying in a 3rd tier college I always wanted to study in a prestigious college like the IITs. I have been searching for a good source/study material or coaching near my city but I couldn't find any one good. Then I came to know about EXERGIC and with few research on internet I get to know about Chandresh Mahajan sir who got AIR 37 and also an ex IOCL officer. I purchased the video lectures and study material after that. Believe me Chandresh sir will never disappoint you in making you learn even the hardest and complex concepts of ME. The video lectures are perfect and easily understandable. The Revision notes which consist around 40–50 pages per subject makes revision so easy and effective. Talking about the doubts I can easily mark the time frame in the lectures and ask the doubt related to the specific topic in the comment section Sir would clear all the doubts. The solved problems are very good in exergic and few problems are above gate level example the problems of jets and turbines which not only help in improving problem solving skills but also help in solving varieties of concepts that can be asked in gate exam. It is again very concise and contains a large no. of solved examples. 3 Premium Group - It is a feature which allows Exergic's students to solve their doubts and access practice sessions. Doubt solving is pretty good, It is again monitored by Chandresh sir itself. He generally solves the doubt within a day. You can also have access to seeing/solving other students' doubts. Another good feature of the premium group is accessing the practice sessions. These sessions are arranged in premium groups generally on alternate days. . These sessions are like topic-wise tests consisting of 10 questions of a particular topic which you need to solve in 30 minutes. The questions of the practice session were really good, 2-3 questions directly from the practice sessions were asked in GATE 2021. 4 Revision notes - This is just like short notes, just 1 or 2 months before the exam you can have a look at them. 5 Question Bank - Exergic Question bank is undoubtedly the best question bank in the market available. It contains around 1000+ great Questions which are equivalent to 2500+ questions. Each topic has 15 good questions where nearly all the questions are conceptually based, One may find trouble in solving the questions even if he/she has completed the topic. The main motto of solving question bank is to gain knowledge rather than scoring marks. 6 Test series- Just like all other courses, Exergic offers the best test series for GATE ME, topic wise and subject wise tests generally are more conceptual and tough as their main focus is to check your in-depth command on the subject. While full-length tests are just above Gate level which generally makes an aspirant understand the importance of Time Management and leaving a difficult question. This review is regarding Exergic One course launched by Chandresh Mahajan Sir. I was enrolled in Video course few months before Exergic One was launched. I was very very much satisfied with the Lectures by CM sir. The lectures were focused towards gate and gate only. Sir eliminated almost all distraction (like drawing diagrams, writing questions, talking irrelevant stuff(like done in most sources)) from his side. Hi, I have been a user of Exergic One course from the past 3 months. I took the course in April (It was launched around March, I think). Experience with the course has been really great. Below are the three reasons why I found it amazing for gate prep: Smart study schedule: Managing subjects can be a bit of a hassle. Hi, I am a graduate of mechanical engineering in the year 2020 and I had given gate in the final year without preparation and then in 2021 with self-preparation using all free resources and study materials out there but I qualified in neither of those years coz even after preparation. I found out that I was prepared based on my experience of 2020 paper but I realized that I had never prepared for such change in trends of paper, I thought the conceptual clarity I had for Gate was sufficient and just solved all pyq’s of gate and ese was just enough but I have been wrong and after 2021 paper I realized what I was missing out few things that brought only the worst output: 1. Lack of proper concept. 2. Lack of problem-solving approach. 3. Confidence (coz I know many do this even I had left so many questions just coz of losing confidence at halfway or just messing up the solution due to fear that I am solving a completely new problem so I might go wrong). Hi everyone, I am gald to answer this question because I was also in search of this question (i.e., which video lectures is best for online GATE ME preparation) an year ago. So I was preparing for gate during my last year of my college and was searching for the some quality content lectures in online platform for my GATE ME preparation. Hello guys! I am Arjun Sanghvi. I have secured AIR 11 in Gate 2020 ME. I did my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Surat in 2019. I gave GATE during my final year but was unable to get a decent rank. I was placed in an EPC firm during my final year and I started preparing for GATE again along with my 9-5 job. I already had short notes prepared during my earlier attempt. Also my theoretical knowledge was good as we had good professors in college. Since I did not get much time after office for preparation, I decided to focus mainly on practising different type of questions for GATE. I believe that the level of questions asked in GATE is not very difficult. One just needs to maintain a decent speed and make minimum mistakes in the easy questions. Hi guys, myself Sumais Jalaludheen, GATE ME AIR 217. Right off the bat, I wanna say that nothing beats EXERGIC, hands down it is the best. I came to know about EXERGIC from my seniors who told me if Im aiming for a really good rank, then go for exergic. Im a solve combo user (contains test series and question bank). First, lets talk about question bank. The questions are really conceptual and u should have good fundamentals to do each on of em', and thats the very aim of question bank, to build our fundamentals. Under each topic wise tests of the question bank, there are 15 to 20 questions, which cover the whole topic, which usually take 4 to 5 hours of classroom coaching. I can assure u, if u can do all those questions, then that topic is embedded in your heart, u dont need to go and look for anymore questions on them. What I suggest to the future aspirants is that, while u r doing the question bank questions, dont give much concern for the time u r taking to solve them, rather, take ur time, and try to do solve those questions, because as I said, they are made to build ur fundamentals, not speed. I personally have completed around 75% of the question bank, which cemented my funda. Trust me, the time u invest in solving question bank will be worth it. Next up, test series. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, there is no better GATE centric test series out there. All the questions in the test series are GATE centric, and the explanation they have given for each are really great. On the plus note, Chandresh sir also posts important videos, technical and motivational, which also helped me a lot to push my boundaries. But solving 10 questions of mixed concepts( which you will not be able to solve easily) is more than sufficient……To overcome this anxiety I would suggest you to solve previous years after each chapter/subject. 2. The vedios are very short just 20–30 minutes, some are just of 10 minutes…omg I have done a huge mistake offline coachings teach from morning to evening….This thinking will only waste your time. See, this point I will prove wrong by something that you have gone through in your semesters. In semesters understanding a concept from foreign author book can be a drag, but getting it from Indian authors is a piece of cake. If you are understanding a concept in 10 minutes then why are you thinking i should waste my 60 minutes in it…I studied from them and I was able to solve 90% of PYQ then what is the problem..you are preparing for GATE or PHD? Think. 3. Why they are providing question bank separately, it is a clear scam it means there will not be any questions in vedio course and again you will think you wasted your money…But, my dear why are you forgetting about the Quizzes and Practice sessions (PYQ that you need to buy in form of a book of any other Institute). After you solve them you are ready to go for a good rank…Yes there are some subjects where no questions are given, it is because PYQ are sufficient for them..Question Bank is only for revising and clearing your cocnepts more(which you already understood form vedios)….And also take test series in starting for more practice, it contains questions which are unnmatchable. 4. Chandresh sir is not much interactive(wrt. fun) in his vedios, in offline coachings teachers crack 100s of jokes per concept and Chandresh hardly do any…For this I will give my opinion, for me when I am learning something I dont need any disturbance and jokes, I need my teacher to teach me in the simplest way so that I can understand it easily. Now, after learning in easiest(faster) way and not having 100 MPa of load on my brain I can watch Youtube and Anime for entertainment. 5. Why Chandresh sir dont call me and guide me personally (solve my doubts), he dont even know my name + in offline coachings teachers might know my name and crack jokes to motivate me…Again for this I have my subjective opinion, dear you are missing the exergic team here, you can call them any time(not at 2AM) for guidance and Chandresh sir guide you in Webinars…..And for doubt solving you have discussion menu in App where the doubt you are going to ask is already being asked by your seniors and answered by sir…I agree new tribe doubt solving platform is not good at present as earlier facebook groups (because, all of the earlier doubts are not on tribe), but like whole vedio course is updating the tribe platform will also get updated.
